‘Black Panther’ Gains Star, Sterling K. Brown

With the production of Black Panther already set to begin later this month, Marvel Studios has actually announced that This Is Us’s own Sterling K. Brown has joined the cast of the film. It is said that he will star as N’Jobu, a figure of T’Challa’s past.

The actor tweeted a message after the studio released the news.

Brown already had won an oscar for his role in the film, People v. OJ Simpson, and is now part of the amazing cast of Black Panther. He will join Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Forest Whitaker, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Daniel Kaluuya, Winston Duke, Florence Kasumba and Angela Bassett in the film next year.

Black Panther opens in theaters February 18, 2018
