Ezra Miller Talks About Justice League As A Family

Fans are gearing up for next year’s Justice League film, and with the recent image released by EW, we have also received from statements from Ezra Miller, who will be bringing Barry Allen/The Flash to the big screen, about his character as well as the others.

“Flash is Ringo Starr. He annoys everybody, but he doesn’t have any specific beef with anyone.”

“Uncle Fish Curry [Aquaman] is very grumpy. Dad [Batman] gets grumpy too. (He’s had a long life of fighting crime.) – Wonder Woman is very considerate, so even though she’s annoyed with the Flash, she’s still very compassionate.”

Clearly, the Flash views the team as a family. A dysfunctional family, but a family nonetheless. As for his comparison between Flash and Ringo, Ringo made a sizable contribution to the Beatles and while he is not the most beloved, he was an essential member. Looking at the Flash in a similar way (though he may be a bit more beloved than Ringo), he will probably be seen by the other heroes as a nuisance but will prove to pull his weight on the team.

Justice League hits theaters November 17th of next year.

What do you guys think? Does it excite you to hear the League spoken about in such a manner? Are you excited to see Flash interact with Batman and the other members? Let us know in the comments as well as on our Twitter and Instagram!
