Throughout the three season’s of The Flash we have only seen Barry Allen wear two different suits and even then the only noticeable difference between the two was the change in the chest emblem from a red background to a white background. The Flash star Grant Gustin has provided his thoughts on this matter in a very short and simple tweet…
I feel like Barry is passed due for a new suit.

So do we Grant. It would be cool for Warner Brothers to introduce a new suit every season for their DC Television characters. The Green Arrow, played by Stephen Amell is now on his 4th incarnation of suit, each being pretty noticeably different from the last, meanwhile all Barry gets is a white emblem. Don’t get me wrong, both Flash suits have looked incredible but is it too much to ask, WB, for a perhaps a slightly different yellow pattern on the arms or belt of the suit?
We will probably see Barry in a new suit eventually but in the mid-season finale, when Barry ran into the future we saw him wearing the same suit as he has been wearing the whole season so we know we aren’t going to get a new suit until at least after that moment has arrived in the show’s storytelling.
