‘Iron Fist’ Showrunner To Work On ABC’s ‘The Inhumans’

After it was recently revealed that ABC would be adding another Marvel Studios series to their slate, namely The Inhumans, more and more news about the project has been coming out. Today, The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Scott Buck, who produced both Dexter and the upcoming Marvel/Netflix project Iron Fist will be serving as showrunner for The Inhumans.

The Inhumans will premiere on Labor Day 2017 (September 26) and the first two episodes will receive IMAX screenings in theaters all across the country.

The Inhumans, a race of superhumans with diverse and singularly unique powers, were first introduced in Marvel Comics by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1965. Since that time, they have grown in prominence and become some of the most popular and iconic characters in the Marvel Universe. “Marvel’s The Inhumans” will explore the never-before-told epic adventure of Black Bolt and the royal family.
