Justice League is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated films of next year, and with the release of this blockbuster comes the debut of a brand new Flash, played by Ezra Miller. From what audiences have gathered via trailers and interviews, the overall reaction to Miller’s Flash has been positive thus far. While doing an interview for the upcoming Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Miller was questioned about wearing the Flash suit while filming Justice League. Miller replied:
“I’ll tell you that donning the Flash suit is one of the single most thrilling experiences I’ve ever known. You know it’s like a samurai getting in his armor. Every day, I just felt like, so cool. It’s the greatest. I really love playing the Flash. I love Barry Allen. I really, I’ve come to, yeah, I’ve come to really hold a special place in my heart for this neurotic but altruistic individual. I’m just so excited to explore him and explore that for as long as possible, even if it just means, this. Honestly, it’s an incredible gift to the world, the long history of the Flash. I feel so lucky to be a part of these great stories.”
This is fantastic news to hear, as Miller’s response shows that he truly cares about playing the Flash. Hopefully, his love for the character can translate into an amazing performance next year.
Audiences worldwide can experience Miller’s Flash in Justice League, which premieres on November 17, 2017 in the US.
