So far we’ve only seen one trailer for DC’s upcoming Wonder Woman movie which hits theatres next year. As well as the comic con trailer, fans have also been given a few official images from the movie. Now, TrailerTrack is reporting the classification of a second trailer that may be dropping relatively soon. The statement from TrailerTrack is as follows…
Coming out just in time following the character’s 75th anniversary and announcement as United Nations Honorary Ambassador, Consumer Protection BC have rated what appears to be a brand new trailer for Patty Jenkins’s Wonder Woman!
The trailer is said to be 2 minutes 24 seconds, which is about the right length for a trailer. The statement then goes on to say that the trailer could be dropping with the US release of Doctor Strange next week or with Fantastic Beasts. Having already seen Doctor Strange there was no presence of a Wonder Woman trailer and given that DC is a Warner Brothers owned property, it is slightly more likely that the 2nd trailer would preview with Fantastic Beasts on November 17th. If the past is any indication, the trailer will most likely go online a couple of days before it premieres in cinemas.
The Wonder Woman movie won’t hit theatres until June next year so even though it seems slightly early for a second trailer, WB has been marketing their films early on the last couple of occasions. It seems as though there is a slight distrust between DC and some fans at the moment given the reception of the last two movies but the first trailer for Wonder Woman looked great, even though good trailer don’t guarantee good movies.
Wonder Woman hits theatres on June 2nd 2017!
