‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Has Officially Wrapped Filming

That’s a wrap folks, the web slinger is coming home.

You heard right, Spider-Man: Homecoming has officially wrapped up production. Director Jon Watts has been a very busy man this year. He’s been working on the highly anticipated superhero film with a big budget in his pockets, and a very talented young cast surrounding him. He took to Instagram just an hour ago and posted a video with a Spider-Man balloon, to celebrate the projects final wrap. It can be seen below.

This is great news indeed, as the film’s scheduled for a SummerΒ 2017 release, and fans are beyond anxious for a teaser trailer. At this point in time, I’m sure everyone would prefer a full debut trailer instead, but we’ll just have to wait eagerly and see. It’s all on the post production and editing teams to deliver something really unique in comparison to the rest of the MCU. I personally think this will be the most comic book accurate Spider-Man we’ve ever seen in live action.

Spider-Man: Homecoming stars Tom Holland, Robert Downey Jr., Jon Favreau, and Zendaya, and will swing into theatres on July 7, 2017.
