‘Injustice 2’ SH Figuarts Action Figure Wish List

With the release of the first Injustice video game, action figure company SH Figuarts released several action figures based on the characters in the game; Batman, Superman, Joker, and Harley Quinn. These figures feature immaculate detail, many points of articulation, and come with a decent amount of accessories.

With next year’s release of Injustice 2, will SHF be putting out another line of DC characters? We hope so! Since with the first go-around we only got 4  characters, we will be listing our top 4 most-wanted:

1.Batman & Superman-

These two are being grouped together because they are the two (almost) guaranteed heroes to get their own figures. Superman’s suit looks a bit upgraded, though we aren’t sure what the cause (if any) is for the change. We’ve also seen a few different looks for Batman; one “regular” batsuit, one with gauntlets that are glowing green, and one black and red suit. The new Supes suit is enough to get us to want another figure, but if we get another Dark Knight we’d prefer the glowing gauntlets or the black and red suit. With these at least there would be more variation between this version and the first one.

2. Deadshot-

Unlike Batman and Superman, Deadshot has not had many figure incarnations, and with this being his first appearance in the Injustice universe, it would seem fitting that he get one. Suicide Squad has been going over fairly well with fans, and we know that Mafex will be putting out their model of Will Smith’s character.

This piece looks phenomenal, and perhaps the movie will push fans to want to buy a figure of the video game version of the mercenary as well.

3. Blue Beetle-

Like Deadshot, Blue Beetle has not had a whole lot of love in the action figure department. The recent DC Icons version of the figure has been well received by the vast majority of the toy community.

The Icons did a tremendous job delivering a figure with a great body sculpt, good paint, and a decent amount of articulation. If SHF were to make their own version of the  character, we could definitely expect a huge amount of detail and articulation, and a plethora of accessories.
