The cast of next year’s Spider-Man reboot seems to be growing every day. While Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark/Iron Man has been confirmed as a cast member months ago, there might be another (former) Avenger joining the roster.
The Twitter account AtlantaFilming has been very actively posting set videos and photos of Spider-Man: Homecoming, and a few days ago, this:
Well, well… hi Scarlett. What'cha doing here?

Scarlett. Scarlett Johansson? A.K.A Natasha Romanoff/The Black Widow? The thought is not far fetched, as said account has proven to be very close to the shooting location of Homecoming. However, if it is Johansson, that doesn’t necessarily mean her character is actually in the film, as she could very well just be stopping by to say “Hello”; something Marvel actors have done before numerous times. Still, Black Widow showing Spidey a few new moves would be very exciting, so keep your fingers crossed!
Also, keep in mind that Natasha Romanoff decided to switch sides – from Team Stark to Team Cap – towards the end of Captain America: Civil War, and with Tony Stark already being in the film, this could make for some interesting conversations between the two.
Only time will tell. Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters July 7, 2017.
